Vendor Information

Manitoba eHealth secures additional project staff resources to supplement employee resources for the delivery of projects. The WRHA Logistics Services department maintains a Qualified Bidders List of Vendors who have been determined to have the necessary qualifications to provide Support Services in respect of one or more of the following categories:

• Architecture
• Analyst
• Clinical Informatics
• Communications
• Development
• Financial
• ITIL
• Project Management
• Project Management Support
• Security
• Technical
• Training
• Web
• Writer

Vendors on the Qualified Bidders List have responded to a prior WRHA-issued Request For Qualifications, and have been qualified and entered into a support services agreement with the WRHA.

When supplemental project resources are required, Manitoba eHealth issues a Request for Resources (RFR). The RFR is issued only to vendors on the Qualified Bidders List. The RFR is issued and evaluated under the guidance of WRHA Logistics Services. WRHA Logistics Services then processes a contract with the selected vendor for the services.
