The electronic health record is a secure, private and lifetime record of a person’s key health history. Manitoba's Electronic Health Record (EHR) Project brings together information from hospitals, clinics, and other care facilities moving the province one step closer to providing a single, trusted source of patient health information.
Authorized health care providers can access this information anytime, anywhere through a secure and private passage, improving productivity and clinical care decisions.
Patient health information available through the electronic health record includes:
- Diagnostic images
- Lab results
