  Course Registration (Instructor-Led Classes Only)
 

CTS is launching a Learning Management System (LMS) for registration of our courses and to take online courses. The registration process below is just for CTS instructor-led courses, please use the Learning Management System link for LMS registration.

Registration for the next quarterly CTS schedule (Jan - Mar 2011) will take place only in the LMS. You will require an LMS account to register for those classes. Registration for those classes will begin in Dec.

Instructor-led courses are available for most of the desktop software packages used at each facility. As long as you are an active employee at one of the WRHA-affiliated or funded facilities there is no charge for these courses.

All courses are 6.5 hours in length (unless otherwise stated) and start at 8:30 a.m. sharp... so please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early!

When attending a class, Computer Training Solutions requests that all employees wear their Employee ID badge for attendance verification.

Registration Procedures for CTS Instructor-Led Courses Only!

(Registration for the next CTS quarterly schedule, Jan to Mar, will take place through the LMS only, starting in Dec)

  • The first time you register for a course you will need to create an Online Profile. You can do this by Clicking on the New User Button Below. Once your Online Profile has been created you will not have to recreate it. It will be important to make note of your login username and password for future registrations.
  • Your Online Profile has to be approved before you can use it - you will receive an email once it has been approved.
  • Please note that you will still need to register for your course, the email is a profile approval email only.
  • If you have already created an Online Profile you can Click on Existing User below.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the class you are registered for, CTS requires a minimum of five working days notice. To cancel your registration for a course, please sign in and click on Manage Courses.

Note: Health Sciences Centre employees will recognize the online registration application as it is similar to the one used by the HSC Education Dept.

The CTS version of this application is different than the HSC one.
Therefore, if you are from HSC and had previously registered for courses
in the past, you MUST create a new profile for yourself.
