The Manitoba eHealth Computer Training Solutions Team (CTS) is committed to providing accessible, effective high-quality training and support to health care staff.

We collaborate with training stakeholders to assist them in achieving their goals. CTS works in partnership with the leadership of Manitoba eHealth to ensure successful integration of technology-based solutions within the WRHA environments.

Our client base is growing rapidly and we are in the process of extending our services further. Future plans may include offering services to outlying health regions and / or groups.

Project Consultation & Support
When technology projects are rolled out in the organization, Manitoba eHealth CTS consults with the project teams to develop, deliver and coordinate relevant training programs for staff to achieve high levels of performance with the new technology.

In a collaborated effort with the Clinical Support Model, Computer Training Solutions provides support and assistance to the projects for:

• Pre and post training skills assessments
  
  
• Pre-training Windows classes
  
  
• Courseware development and assistance
  
  
• Scheduling and student registration
