  • Payroll Managers/Supervisors (system users)
  • Regional Health Authorities Finance team (receive reports)
  • Home Care Administrative and Clerical staff (role to be determined)
  • Manitoba Health and Healthy Living
    • Information Services Branch (provide and receive reports)
    • Regional Support Services (receive reports based on Procura information)
    • Health Information Management (receive reports)
  • Health Care Trust Benefits (indirect impact due to QHR implementation)
  • Unions representing home care staff (indirect impact due to QHR implementation)
  • Manitoba eHealth Technical Staff (system support)
  • Regional Health Authorities Information Systems Support Teams (impacted by the system)
