User acceptance testing (August 16 - 30, 2010)

• A small group of end users from the regions will be trained and will test the system before it goes live. This will address any potential problems and allow time to fix them prior to implementation

Training begins in the Central health region (October 4, 2010)

• Users will begin core training on the home care scheduling system. The training curriculum is determined according to role. All training will take place in the regions training facility in Southport. For more detailed information on training schedules and dates, please check with your home care manager.
